Pork Tenderloin Pork Belly and Pork Loin will be hand cut, thick cut and shaved. Tossed in a fresh Calhoun Peach and Ginger Purée then served on a buttered and pressed baguette.
We will also have 7 Hot Turkey on butter grilled herb focaccia with a schmeer of goat cheese arugula and red onion tossed in a touch of our house made roasted garlic Mayo.
