Hot ham and bacon on grilled wheat with pepper jack cheese spicy mustard and spicy Mayo. A crowd favorite.

Chicken Bacon Chorizo Soft Tacos.

I changed the cooking process to roasting the chicken and the mix. Less chorizo more bacon.

I feel these are the best version of these I have made.

Anywho… Flour tortilla shredded cheddar and lettuce. Cilantro, creme fresh stripe.
