Something the same but different again today. Korean BBQ Ribeye sandwich – 14 day dry aged ribeye. Sliced cut into strips. Seared with a little shaved white onion then finished in Korean bbq sauce. Topped with a house made ginger lime slaw. All this on a butter grilled hoagie.
