Something we have never done before in 12 years. Not one but two cold sandwich specials.
Chicken Salad or Egg Salad. Both house made. This chicken salad will be walnuts grapes fine diced celery and onions.
White wheat rye or I got some brioche buns.
I also made butter poached shrimp salad.
On a bed of Theodora Farms lettuce mix or on a butter grilled brioche bun with a touch of lettuce mix.
